Join the National Immigration Law Center on Thursday, March 20, 2014, for a three-hour MCLE event. We will be discussing the following:
Who is eligible for DACA
What forms need to be filled out
What evidence needs to be submitted
Tips on addressing complex DACA issues:
-- What if the applicant arrived in the U.S. after age 16?
-- What if he or she had a valid visa on the day DACA was announced?
-- What if he or she was deported on or after June 15, 2007, and then returned?
The National Immigration Law Center will share its expertise and experience in this training and provide you with the best practices for applying for DACA. Materials will be provided, including a sample completed DACA application with supporting documents .
Enroll today! The fee is $50 for IOLTA organizations, $75 for nonprofit organizations, and $150 for other individuals.
