What About Peace? Banner
Supporter,

I wanted to send a message of hope, peace, and action from a young student in Nigeria. Ikeora Ebuka, is a 15 year old student from the Imo state in Nigeria; he is the Grand Prize winner of our 2014 What About Peace? contest.

As we've watched the tragic acts of hate, violence, and intolerance unfold in Nigeria, I wanted to share Ikeora's vision and call to action for peace. In his essay, which focuses on child soldiers, Ikeora encourages us all to take action daily in our community to make peace at home.

What About Peace? is a contest that invites young people around the world to creatively express (painting, poetry, photography and more) their vision for peace. What About Peace? is laying the groundwork for a better world, one art piece at a time.

Help us raise the voice and vision of Ikeora and other young people around the world for peace. Support the What About Peace? program; support young people and their voice and vision for peace.
