Dear Supporter,

Global Exchange Reality Tours has organized hundreds of trips to countries in the world to connect thousands with peoples and cultures impacted by US policy, and to return home with a deeper understanding, a sense of empowerment, and the tools to affect change. In partnership with the Not for Sale Campaign, Global Exchange is organizing trips to Cambodia, Thailand, Peru and Uganda centered on issues of human trafficking and modern slavery to educate and mobilize an international abolitionist movement. To learn more about these trips, please visit Reality Tours.

In a just and equitable world the existence of a booming international trade in human life can no longer be tolerated or ignored. Not For Sale is excited to be convening the Global Forum on Human Trafficking October 21-22 in Sillicon Valley, CA. The Global Forum will bring together people from all walks of life- from business leaders, people of faith, students, athletes, law enforcement and others to learn and explore different models being deployed to mobilize individuals to combat trafficking. Keynote speakers include Twitter founder, Jack Dorsey. When you register for the Global Forum on Human Trafficking, use the discount code “GXNFS” to receive 10% off your registration.

When you do register, you will be entered into a drawing to win a Reality Tour Trip to a Not For Sale International Project of your choice. Read this blog for details on how to register and win a spot on a Global Exchange/Not For Sale Reality Tour.

Following is an excerpt from a past Reality Tours participant on the Global Exchange/Not For Sale trip to Cambodia:

“...Though the experiences we had were often challenging, (visiting Tuol Sleng the Khmer Rouge run prison and torture camp, for example) the conversations and understanding they provided were irreplaceable. We were able to see a wide variety of centers providing shelter, education and skills to the victims of Human Trafficking. Our multigenerational crew was able to brainstorm ideas with NGO’s and all of us would grow from the learning conversation. One benefit of this trip has been the unexpected healing from adding effort to spread awareness and possible solutions to an ill in our world that I had previously felt powerless against.”

We hope you will join us and Not For Sale put an end to human trafficking.
