Trans-Pacific Partnership Rally in Leesburg, VA

Over the next 10 days, the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a colossal, job-destroying free trade agreement, will be negotiated in secret in Leesburg, VA. This massive trade agreement would widely threaten essential environmental regulations in favor of exploitative corporate interests. The TPP, backed by hundreds of corporate lobbyists, has only met in private, away from the eyes of the public it is supposed to represent.

Join Friends of the Earth on Sunday, September 9, to bring the shady deal-making of the 1% out from the shadows.

What: “TPP: Out of the Shadows! Rally for Good Jobs, Affordable Medicine & a Healthy Environment”
