Interfaith Worker Justice

This is what religion looks like.

Tell the President it's time for a Good Jobs Nation!

The federal government is the largest employer of poverty-wage jobs in the country. CEOs make millions, while their employees can’t make ends meet. So workers are standing up and demanding a living wage. Low wage federal contract workers have gone on strike four times in the last four months in D.C. These workers have protested at their workplaces and the contracting agencies.
Now they have decided to take their grievances directly to the White House. As people of faith, we're called to honor the dignity of all workers among us, and the President can assure workers contracted by our government are treated morally and paid fairly.
